- Source and attract potential candidates through various channels (online platforms, social media, networking, recruitment agencies, etc.).
- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Lead and participate in career events, job fairs, and networking sessions to enhance employer branding and strengthen the candidate pipeline.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and HR communities to support recruitment and branding efforts.
- Initiate and manage employer branding campaigns across online and offline platforms, including content creation, event planning, and visual design (e.g., recruitment posters, social media posts).
- Support internal communication initiatives to promote company culture, employee engagement, and internal mobility opportunities.
- Utilize design tools (e.g., Canvas, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) to create visually compelling materials for recruitment, branding, and internal communications.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports, and other ad hoc reports.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in banking or financial services
Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques
Good network of candidates and recruitment channels
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure
