- Build up and manage the network with Institution clients to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and income generation from sales of the Institution segment.
- To generate revenue pools for Institution and for the whole Bank.
- Supporting branches by providing Sales tools and cooperative working
- Approach to market and target customers to establish relationships to attract and develop the portfolio for Institutional Business through marketing activities and promotion campaigns
- Understanding the customers’ requirements with a good sense of credit assessment and industry trends.
- Coordinating with other internal departments to ensure smooth & timely execution of transactions and speedy response to customers’ needs.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports to maintain relationships with customers or ad-hoc reports required by high level.
- Dual marketing with branches (support meeting, presentation to introduce IMT products)
- Assisting Director with ad hoc tasks as requested
- Good understanding and knowledge of various banking products and services
- Experience in sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English
- Enthusiastic, hard-working, focus on detailed information
