- Conduct and manage the daily and monthly agent data and attendance report
- Support and manage the monthly payroll for outsource staffs
- Follow and manage new-hired outsourced employees and resignation information updates
- To prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly report upon request.
- Provide the sales staffs’ disciplinary information to HR Vendors/HRM
- Coordinate with HR Vendor to ensure C&B of outsource staffs are well-managed and handled, such as: promotion, salary upgrade, contract renewal…
- Other tasks which are assigned by line manager
+ Education: Business Administration or Relevant field Experience
+ Minimum 1 year working experience in HR/C&B
+ Knowledge, Skill &Abilities:
- Good at speaking and writing in English
- Good Microsoft Office
- Good at communication
- Honest, teamwork and careful
