- Vendor quality management, Manage documents and contracts.
- Negotiate costs with vendor.
- Review the terms of contract.
- Properties/Fixed Asset Management.
- Payment process and management, Aither booking validation.
- Update budget plan.
- Order plan and manage sale materials, equipment, tools and furniture, gifts...
- Plan and manage to maintenance/repair/upgrade for equipment/assets/infrastructure office.
- Report IT Asset, Suspense, contract…to related departments.
- Execute for renovating and constructing office.
- Work with representatives of the Fire Prevention and related Government Departments.
- Supporting events and activities of Smart Credit.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager.
- Education: Bachelor of Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing or relevant field;
- Experience: Minimum 1 year working experience in Administration
- Knowledge, Skill &Abilities:
+ Good at speaking and writing in English
+ Good Microsoft Office
+ Good at communication
+ Honest, teamwork and careful
+ Understanding of banking operations and practices;
+ Experience in team management is preferable
