1. Being contact point for SHBVN to establish and maintain relationship with other FI (Financial Institutions), in charge for documents and information exchange.
2. KYC (Know Your Customer) review & KYC exchange with other FIs: - Process KYC review on correspondent banks annually, which established relationship with Shinhan Bank Vietnam; - Process KYC review for newly on board FIs; - KYC documents & information exchange of Shinhan Bank Vietnam with other FIs upon requests.
3. Credit Ratings: - Process ratings of counterparties annually, by collecting financial statements and information following internal credit rating procedure; - Update credit ratings of counterparties from Global Agencies (S&P, Moody's, Fitch); - Financial analysis and reporting upon management request;
4. Manage transaction limits of counterparties within approved limits and registered system.
5. Nostro – Vostro account management: - Set up new Nostro - Vostro Account: conduct KYC review policy, open CIF (if any), review contracts - terms & conditions - Current Nostro Accounts: to manage contracts, update new terms & conditions, update training courses/seminar...
6. Other related works assigned by managers.
- Banking/ Financial background, at least 2 years’ experience
- Work hard, attention to details
- Team spirit and communication skills
- Good in MS office, Excel
