- Monitoring and optimally supporting the current Bank's internal processes to provide the best customer experience.
- Support other Biz units in the Bank in receiving, processing and responding to customer complaints.
- Support to monitor and control activities related to the protection of consumers' right.
- Prepare periodic reports on customer experience (including customer complaints, internal complaints, complaints analysis reports...)
- Others task are assigned.
- Graduated from University of Economics, Trade or Foreign Languages.
- Experience in industries such as finance, insurance.
- Work experience in positions such as sales staff, customer care or marketing.
