[DISTRICT 7] QUALITY CONTROL FOR LENDING OPERATION

I. Work Objectives:

- Quality Assurance – Quality Control (SCMC, Collection - RAMC, LOPSC).

II.Key Responsibilities:

- Perform sample testing to ensure the compliance with bank regulations, policies and processes;

- Perform checking loan purpose after disbursement to comply with SBV’s requirements;

- Interact with stakeholders/ relevant departments to finalize QC result;

- Prepare daily output control report to ensure the adequacy in daily operation of LOPSC;

- Ad-hoc tasks are requested by government authorities;

- Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager/ Leader.

- Bachelor degree of Quality Management, Finance, Banking, Customer Relations or its equivalent;

- Having experience in similar position at financial institutions and banks;

- Proficiency in office computer;

- Ability to listen and analyze problems;

- Detailed, careful and teamwork.
