[HCM-TÂN BÌNH] Business Development Supervisor/Manager

I. Work Objectives:

- Manage and lead sales agent to achieve monthly target;

- Develop and well-oriented with team member’ skill, career path;

- Ensure to provide the most appropriate services to the customers.

II. Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for manage the team, build & implement business plans to ensure assigned targets;

- Always keep a close eye on the performance of each individual and the whole team;

- Orientation of activities and human resource development of the group;

- Ensure that the group always strictly adheres to the Bank's policies on service quality, products & bad debt ratio;

- Search and develop new markets and potential customers;

- Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.

- College/University graduation is a must;

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking and Financial Industry;

- Preferably with experience in a similar position;

- Good communication skills, confidence and ability to work under high pressure.
