- Monitor & review product and revenue growth, including issuing sales growth & market share penetration
- Calculate & analyze the profit and loss for all card products
- Working closely with IT/ finance departments to develop/ improve system
- Participate in product management for core products such as product delivery, customer experience and customer communication strategies
- Execute customer value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status
- Fundamental trials of commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions.
- Contribute to achievement of product financial performance, revenue performance and expense management goals.
- Implement team procedures, customer problem resolution, and customer management
- Enhance services providing via digital platform
- Implement solution to give convenient/ good experience to customer with non-face to face process
- Manage digital product communication channels (Branch, Website, App...)
- Co-operate with other departments/ teams to solve issue related to product and service
- Bachelor of Finance & Banking or Economic.
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge about Card Product.
- Creativity, reliability, hard-working, time management, teamwork.
- Problem Solving, Analytical skills.
- Initiative, Presentation Skills
