Job Description

  • Perform soft collection activities including sending reminder email/SMS/Letter/Auto Calling
  • Perform to upload assignment file to Collections system (CMS, FCMS)
  • Issue confirmation letter for customers
  • Handle inquiry/complaint handling for internal and external customers via email/RAMC’s hotline or VOC (Voice of customer)
  • Process entries in AITHER System (collecting overdue amount, interest/fee waiver, hold/unhold demand accounts) for overdue customer
  • Consolidate and prepare rewards for Collection annual campaigns
  • Order equipment and request Aither access for new comers (computer, phone, etc)
  • Other tasks when required

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Banking, Finance, or related fields.
  • verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills.
