[HO] - IT NETWORK & SYSTEM MANAGEMENT

-          Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including Firewalls, Switches, Routers, and wireless solutions (Wi-Fi).

-          Administer and monitor server environments across both Windows and Linux platforms.

-          Execute periodic checks for hardware devices, network lines, and data backup status.

-          Assist in Datacenter operations and maintain an accurate IT Inventory of network devices, servers, and software.

-          Ensure all systems comply with IT security policies, industry standards, and technical controls required by ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.

-          Act as an escalation point for technical issues related to network connectivity, system performance, hardware failures, and security threats.

-          Develop and update technical documentation and infrastructure project plans.

-          Manage IT construction activities, including setting up new offices, relocations, and renovations.

-          Review office layouts and manage cable deployment and network installation.

-          Oversee the installation, support, and troubleshooting of facility systems: CCTV, UPS, Door Access Control, Alarm, and QMS systems.

-          Collaborate on infrastructure projects specifically related to office expansions and physical site setup.

-          Follow IT projects based on the business plan.

-          Submit daily, weekly, monthly, or irregular reports to the Manager/Director.

-          Perform other IT tasks as assigned by the Manager/Director.

-          Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security.

-          Technical Certifications (Preferred): CCNS, MCSA/MCSE, ComTIA Network+

-          Experience: 2-4 years of experience in system and network administration.

-          Knowledge: Knowledge of IT construction and infrastructure setup is a distinct advantage.

-          Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Dynamic, hard-working, responsible, and willing to work on weekends/holidays or go on business trips as required.

-          Language: English, with the ability to communicate and draft technical reports effectively.
