Job Description

- Establish testing procedures for each control with specific criteria in regards to the key risks, which are agreed with the relevant control owners.
- Perform sample test/inspection to assess the operating effectiveness of controls based on designed processes, assuring the compliance to external regulations as well as internal policies.
- Identify and establish root causes of findings and recommend appropriate remedial actions.
- Follow up the implementation of remedial actions.
- Report findings related to fraudulent activities to Fraud Investigation for further investigation.
- Proactively initiate and recommend for process improvement during daily tasks in order to optimize resource, promote operational process quality;
- Handle customers complaints escalated from other departments (Contact Center, CSD).
- Conduct other tasks regarding to Compliance and Internal Control assignment such as daily audit, alert investigation, CDD review…
- Perform periodic or unscheduled testing/inspection as required.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Job Requirement

- University graduate, majoring in Banking, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years working experience in financial sector, especially in fields of quality assurance, internal control, risk management, credit assessment...
- General knowledge of financial sector, knowledge of consumer finance business is preferable.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Good English skills.
