[HO] - POS SETTLEMENT & RECONCILIATION SPECIALIST

① Clearing and Settlement with card scheme

1.      Perform daily clearing and settlement processes with card scheme

2.      Reconcile transaction and settlement data between internal system and scheme report.

3.      Monitor settlement files, reports and funding activities.

4.      Coordinate with internal teams and card scheme regarding operational issues and settlement inquiries.

5.      Support monthly report, fee invoice to card scheme.

② Reconciliation with Partners

1.      Perform the daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation of financial transactions between the bank and its external partners including payment service providers, merchant and outsourcing vendors.

2.      Identify, investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies, unmatched transactions and settlement differences.

3.      Coordinate with internal team and external partners to resolve reconciliation issue within SLA timelines.

4.      Track and follow up pending reconciliation cases until its closure.

5.      Process the fee booking, payment request and invoice issuance with external partners.

③ Partner Coordination

1.      Communicate with external partners regarding of the reconciliation matters.

2.      Support onboarding activities of new partners by validating the reconciliation and settlement procedure.

•     Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or related fields.

•     At least 1-3 years of experience in reconciliation, banking operations, payment operations, or settlement processing.

•     Experience working with banks, payment service providers, fintech companies is preferred.

•     Knowledge of card schemes such as JCB and Napas is an advantage.

•     Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, data analysis)

•     Strong analytical, strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

•     Effective communication in both verbal and written

•     Good English communication and reporting skills.
