Job Description

- Research favorable topics of targeted customers.

- Write the internal news of interested topics by targeted customers; prepare requested internal and external reports.

- In charge of contents in Internet Banking web, Mobile Banking app to provide simple and understandable languages to customers.

- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups or prototype that lead to intuitive experience. Participate in designing user journeys, especially focusing on content aspects.

- Conduct user-testing for the service/products on Internet Banking web/Mobile Banking apps.

- Collaborate with other team members and other stakeholders (IT, Product development teams, Compliance team, Branding team…) to provide smooth user experience in Internet Banking web and Mobile Banking application.

- Develop and maintain user interface content (UI text), including buttons, labels, headings, error messages, and user instructions… Ensure the Brand’s tone of voice is clear & consistent to effectively guide users.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor Degree (in Marketing, Design, IT, Business)

- At least 2 year experience of UX design or banking product developments

- Proven work experience as UX content or similar role.

- Excellent and creative writing in English and Vietnamese.

- Experience in doing research and catch up with customers’ favorable topics with the ability to understand various topics.

- Familiar with design systems (Figma…)

- Basic wire framing skills (Figma, Miro and Diagramming apps ...)

- Understand and follow Copyright regulations.

- Understanding of design thinking process, software development process

- Understanding of user – center design principles.

- Experience working in a collaborative team environment, flexible to adapt with the changes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Fluent in Korean or/and design experience is a plus

- Experience in UX content writing for financial mobile/web app, data analysis or financial tools is a plus.
