Strategic Analysis & Development:
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities
- Propose new business initiatives & Build business cases following Bank’s strategy
- Evaluate the performance of new business initiatives and make the report to management
- Strategic Planning & Project Management
- Co-ordinate the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives to make it into implements
- Track progress and measure KPIs of strategic initiatives
Decision Support & Advisory:
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Executive Board/Board of Directors on business performance and strategic recommendations
- Act as an internal advisor to other departments on analytical methods to support for smooth implements
Head Office KPI management:
- Build up framework, analyze performance and progress tracking of Head Office Units, Divisions, Department’s performance
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Strategy Analysis & Development: Analyzing market, competitor & product performance data and drive insights
- Data Governance & Reporting: Standardizing measurement methods, and consolidating data across departments, develop system for data management & make the report
