[HO] STRATEGY SPECIALIST

Strategic Analysis & Development:

• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities
• Propose new business initiatives & Build business cases following Bank’s strategy
• Evaluate the performance of new business initiatives and make the report to management
• Strategic Planning & Project Management
• Co-ordinate the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives to make it into implements
• Track progress and measure KPIs of strategic initiatives

Decision Support & Advisory:

• Prepare reports and presentations for the Executive Board/Board of Directors on business performance and strategic recommendations
• Act as an internal advisor to other departments on analytical methods to support for smooth implements

Head Office KPI management:

• Build up framework, analyze performance and progress tracking of Head Office Units, Divisions, Department’s performance

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Strategy Analysis & Development: Analyzing market, competitor & product performance data and drive insights
• Data Governance & Reporting: Standardizing measurement methods, and consolidating data across departments, develop system for data management & make the report

Education:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Corporate Finance
• Prior experience at a strategy consulting firm or in banking/financial services preferred
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Excel, SQL; Power BI is an advantage
