Sale Trainer

This role is responsible for training functions of CCPL team, including On-board training, agent/team leader’s development skill…

-        Design and develop training program for Sales agent and Sales Team leader.

-        Training plan budgets each year

-        Evaluate the effective after training.

-        Design soft skills training programs

-        Work closely with team leaders, managers in planning training activities.

And other task from line manager.

Requirement

-        Strong consultancy and people influence skills

-        Prefer candidates who have sales experience

-        A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Trainer or Team Leader in service, customers, financial, insurance...

-        Excellent presentation and training delivery skills

-        Strong experience in internal events

-        Strong management, organization and planning skills

- Strong training and development skills such as design, implementing and evaluation
